"Intentional habits aren't formed overnight; neither are the unintentional ones. Give yourself space to understand, forgive, and honor who you are becoming."

If you’re anything like me, or most people, sometimes combating negative or stagnant thinking patterns can you leave feeling drained.
Or worse; sitting in the invisible emotion of STUCK.
It’s okay. I’ve been there. And honestly at times I’m still there. But over the last few years; I’ve intentionally made it my duty to recognize when it’s happening so I can move past it more quickly. There were times, I would be trapped in the stillness for days; but accepting it's just a moment that will pass, helps to analyze its purpose.
1. Listen.
By listening to what our thoughts are attempting to convey; we are forcing the chatter from the subconscious mind to become aware of the present moment. Listening is a key element in actively solving a problem, i.e.. The reason our thoughts are challenging us.
2. Tune In.
By doing this. We become aware of why its present and begin to accept the reason; in order to analyze how to change it. Fear presents itself in so many ways but its up to us to stay motivated and encouraged to keep going! For me repeating affirmations in the actual moment: helps--- By not allowing the mind to drift, it actively engages to solve the problem it's presenting.
3. Reverse It.
Explore the adverse action. For example, "I'm overwhelmed. So many distractions are keeping me from succeeding. Why can't I focus? I swear, I'm never going to be successful." By listening, and tuning into the emotional thinking experience; it helps with understanding that "Fear" is trying to settle in. Doing what it does best.
Allowing our thoughts to process fully will create the adverse affect naturally, if we allow it. The funny thing about our minds is it will always attempt to solve the problem. Be gentle with yourself. Reversing negative thinking takes time and consistency.
But as with anything done with Intention: It is proven to manifest.
SPEAK positivity into your life every chance you get. With every thought, or rebuttal and your natural instincts will become more compassionate and understanding.
