Sitting alone has given me an abundant amount of time to truly own the fact that I was the cause of my unhappiness. Yes, challenging situations happened to me over time to assist with the drought I found myself in. But ultimately what I'm learning is that, "I was in control of how I felt, and for how long." The most important thing I discovered is given the effort; we all have the capability of living happy lives.

Intentionally making the decision to choose happy thoughts, vs the ones that lead to uncontrolled anxiety takes commitment and honor for thyself. Some people are just always so damn positive, and carry an insane amount of happiness with them every day. While envy; is not a word I like to use. It expresses a twinge of the real truth of how I feel. Do they just wake up and feel happy; in actuality "They Do." It takes mental work on purpose, and overtime it becomes second nature of being that same happy ass person.

They understand that the Glow; can literally be as simple as a smile!

They understand the power of forgiveness and the peace it surrenders.

They accept the goodness in life and choose gratefulness on purpose.

They stay in the present (awareness) and understand the importance of a well-balanced life.
